Are you the clinician I am looking for?
You are a clinician who has found your way into hormone medicine and realized the guidelines don't tell the whole story. You sit with patients who are suffering, and you know there is more to offer, and you haven’t found the right teacher or program yet.
You are passionate about learning. You care about the human being in front of you as much as the labs. You are not looking for a protocol to follow. You are looking for a way of thinking.
“I want to work with clinicians who are like me at the start of my journey in hormone medicine. They are curious, committed to precision, and unwilling to stop learning just because the guidelines say so.”
The Foundation Cohort

How to take a hormone history that actually reveals something
Where the science is solid and where it falls short

The Clinician Program
Small. Intimate. Real.
Three ways to learn alongside me. All of them built around the same belief: that the best clinical education feels like mentorship, not a course.Mentorship
“Mentorship is the work I missed when I was finding my own way in.”
Direct access. One clinician at a time.
You and I are after the same thing.
Women keep walking into clinic visits and walking out dismissed. Told they are fine when they are saying they are not. Told their labs tell the whole picture when the labs don't. Told research exists when it doesn't. Given ten minutes and asked to trust their clinician. Mismanaged, sometimes for decades. Sold "the right way" instead of taught the nuances and to trust their own intuition.
If that has been driving you nuts too, this is what mentorship with me is for. You have already chosen to practice differently. You are looking for someone to think alongside you while you build the practice women deserve.

Thirty years in women's health. Sexual assault nurse examiner. Clinician. Preceptor. Volunteer. Daughter. Mother to a daughter. Lifelong student. Thousands of hours sitting with women, decades of researching what we still get wrong. I was prescribing hormone therapy from day one in practice, when it was frowned upon, when there was no support, when doctors were telling me I was going to kill my patients. I know how to stand my ground for myself and for the women I serve.

I do not bring the computer into the room. I have not for years. I am 100 percent in, and I always request that the women I see care as much as I do. My new-patient visit is sixty minutes. Slowing down is the quietest part of what I do, and the most under-taught.
We talk through complex hormone histories, GSM, dyspareunia, sexual pain, the conversations no one taught us to have, the moments in a visit when you can feel the woman wanting to say more and you are not sure how to make room for it. I share the questions I ask, the protocols I have built, and the framework I use with every patient I serve.

You are ready to invest in your capacity in this field. You are deeply passionate about caring for women, from adolescents to women in their nineties. You are interested in precision medicine and not interested in cookie-cutter answers. You want to expand, explore, and extrapolate from the woman's unique experience.
What keeps you up at night is how to help the woman in front of you build the mosaic of her life, because what good is a long life if you are not functional?
Healthspan is the start. Functionspan is the work.
